Finland sier ja til russisk gassledning

Finland gir Russland tillatelse at gassledningen Nord Stream 2 kan bygges innenfor deres økonomiske sone.

Det bekrefter den finske regjeringen i en pressemelding torsdag.

Av den 1.200 kilometer lange undersjøiske gassledningen vil 347 kilometer legges gjennom Finlands økonomiske sone på bunnen av Østersjøen.

Ledningen skal legges ved siden av den eldre Nord Stream 1-ledningen og vil etter planen tas i bruk i 2020.
