800.000 liter olje lekket fra Keystone-rørledningen

En lekkasje i den omstridte rørledningen Keystone har medført at 800.000 liter olje har havnet i naturen. Men lekkasjen skal ikke ha forurenset drikkevann.

Lekkasjen skjedde i et spedt befolket område i South Dakota. Den rammet først og fremst landbruksområder nordøst i den amerikanske delstaten, men ifølge tjenestemenn forurenset den ikke drikkevannssystemer.

Lekkasjen ble oppdaget torsdag, og selskapet TransCanada Corp har nå stengt rørledningen.
