DEA Norge søker kommersiell rådgiver

DEA har vært på norsk sokkel i over 40 år, og har ambisjoner om sterk vekst på norsk sokkel. I dag produserer vi over 60 000 fat olje og gass per dag. Vi er partner i en rekke felt og utbyggingsprosjekt, og forventer sterk vekst i produksjonen i årene som kommer.

For tiden bygger vi ut vårt eget gassfelt, Dvalin, i Norskehavet. Produksjonsstart er planlagt til 2020. Arbeidet med utbyggingen blir ledet fra vårt kontor i Stavanger, og er vår første feltutvikling som operatør.

DEA Norge er heleid av Hamburg-baserte DEA Deutche Erdoel AG, som blant annet har aktivitet i Tyskland, Norge, Danmark, Egypt og Mexico.

Commercial Adviser

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor who will be an active contributor in joint venture discussions, third party negotiations, decision-making processes and commercial agreements.

Tasks and scope of work:

  • Represent DEA externally in joint ventures and third parties discussions
  • Participate in commercial negotiations
  • Follow-up on existing contracts, including re-negotiations
  • Develop and analyze alternative solutions in support of management decisions, including recommendations
  • Give support and advice to cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations, BD and Finance) in commercial questions
  • Actively contribute in team discussions to build sound commercial alternatives by enabling god knowledge transfer

Educational background and work experience:

  • Master degree in Finance/Economics
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience from the oil and gas industry on NCS
  • Sound proficiency, written and verbal, in both Norwegian and English

Personal qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent negation skills and sound decision-making capabilities
  • Well-developed communication skills both written and verbal, in English and Norwegian
  • Influential as well as good listening skills
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Team player skills as well as ability to work independently and on own initiative
  • Analytical skills
